The Cake
Perhaps not our most civilized moment.
Everyone says if there is a wedding there must be cake..atleast that is what everyone told us when we said we were not sure if we needed one. The cake was beautiful...too bad Brent ate two helpings of bread pudding before we cut the cake.

5 month posers
Does anyone else wonder why it takes almost 2 1/2 weeks to get pictures back? We had this picture taken in the middle of April, and just got them back last Thursday. We just get pictures back, and another month has passed by and it's time to take pictures again! Sheesh, some racket they got going on! But I digress...Here's Braeden's 5 month picture...look how big he's getting!!! Anyone else think this kid is cover photo worthy??? :-D

Run, daddy, run...
Brent ran in a 5k race on Saturday. He finished 3rd for his age group and 31st overall in a time of 23:45. Not too bad for his first organized race event since 8th grade!

Poor baby...
Braeden had his 6 month well-visit this past week. Poor guy was all tuckered out and not feeling too good from all his shots.
But out of it, we got to have some fun peeling off band-aids!
