Mom claims she can never get anything done….

this is why.  She was putting away groceries and this is what was going on on the other side of the wall.IMG_1822

Sweet sweet Braeden asked to use the utensils.  His play sounded innocent enough in his little kitchen. For the record these pictures do not do his mess justice.  It was a dandy.   Easter grass was strewn from one end to the other.  It was pretty funny.  He would take a spatula and pick up grass and just toss it where ever or mix up the grass with his veggies in a pan and stick in his oven.  I told him to play as long as he liked because when he was finished it was all going in the garbage.  His fun lasted about 1 hour.

Hanging out under the Crepe Myrtle

IMG_1816

Miraculously enough we have a tiny bit of shade from the tree we planted when B was born. Avery took an hour nap under the tree while I rode my bike.

Braeden’s Bumbo

IMG_1804

I think perhaps our baby boy has grown out of his bumbo but it sure didn’t stop him from trying it out.IMG_0093IMG_0069

Here is Braeden when he actually fit. In these picture he is about the same age as Avery.  Here is Avery’s Bumbo debut.IMG_1810 IMG_1809 IMG_1806

I find myself constantly trying to compare the two boys but its really hard.  There are small glimpses when Avery looks like Braeden but most of the time he has his own little look.  Avery has been a great baby.  He is  mostly sleeping through the night and pretty easy to accommodate Most of the time.

Snug as a bug in a rug

IMG_1619

It is hard to believe Avery is 2 months old.  We are already looking back at newborn pictures(like this one 8 days old) and thinking wow…Where is our baby? These swaddlers were awesome.  Too bad he loved them for about 1-2 weeks.IMG_1619_1

Braeden loves to give himself a thrill ride in the travel baby swing.

Moms first day at home alone with the two boys.  Braeden playing in the sink which turned in to a very large mess for mom to clean up while Avery is laying in background staring at a balloon.  I had them both occupied for all of about 15 minutes and then we were back at square one again.IMG_1636

Easter Fun

IMG_1663

Easter morning Braeden got up to see what the Easter Bunny had brought.  The water gun looked like the most exciting thing at first but mom bought the cheap ones so they did not work so well. Luckily, there was plenty more loot to enjoy.IMG_1657

Always so serious when I am doing any kind of art work.  IMG_1661

Surely no one minds if their egg is a little cracked.  Braeden dropped them a couple times and then went right back to coloring them again.IMG_1662                                            Ta- Da

Family of four at 2 weeks old

A2

Here is our Avery all snuggled in to himself in some cute bloomers.  I love this one!Avery

I can’t help but wonder if Braeden will be jealous that his picture did not say our little angel.  Hopefully, he will know that he was the 1st angel that inspired us to have another.B

This is a black and white so you can’t see his beautiful blue eyes but you can still see the beautiful part. all

Here we are new parents again.  Picture day was rough! We had doctors appointments early that morning and had to move our appointment to 1 instead of 11 which ran in to nap time.  We didn’t like any of the pictures taken in that session so we made another appointment at 4.  We were there until 6 picking out what we wanted. It is amazing that I am even putting these on here and writing about it because my head stays in a constant tail spin between these three boys.  Luckily, I love it 99% of the time and we have this cool new thing that makes the blog easy.  So in theory you will be hearing from us more often since it does not take forever to download every individual pic.

Avery!

Avery Jameson Haller joined our wonderful family on March 10, 2010. He came in weighing 8lbs 5oz and measuring 20.5” in length. Funny thing, he was the exact same length as Braeden, but two pounds heavier and with WAY bigger feet. Momma went 2-for-2 on giving birth un-assisted (no drugs for my lady!) and did very well. Both momma and baby Avery are doing great at home!IMG_1573 IMG_1578 IMG_1580 IMG_1582 IMG_1585 IMG_1586 IMG_1588 IMG_1589 IMG_1597 IMG_1601 IMG_1602 IMG_1604 IMG_1606 IMG_1608 IMG_1609 IMG_1610 IMG_1612
